The Yarnover Truck is turning EIGHT!! The time sure has flown by! We’ve had so much fun traveling along the way, meeting so many amazing people and sharing so much beautiful yarn and we knew we needed to do something special to celebrate! Here’s what we have planned:
Exclusive Colors
Since shopping from the Truck can often times be harder than just running to your local Yarn Shop, we knew early on we needed to have things that no one else did to reward you for all your efforts!
That’s where our Exclusive Colors come in! Through the years, we’ve worked with many of the dyers who’s yarns we carry on the Truck and asked them to come up with special colors that are only available from the Truck.
Right now, we have 8 exclusive colors plus, there might be a new one coming later this month! During March, each week we’re featuring two of these colors in our weekly newsletter and on social media. We’re sharing with you the history of the color including when we released it, how it came to be and sharing share any inspiration photos we used. Plus we’ve asked our customers to let us show off the projects they have made using these amazing colors!

Birthday Sale & Instagram Live
To help us celebrate 8 amazing years, starting on Tuesday, March 23rd, our actual Birthday, we’ll be having a progressive birthday sale. The Sale will last for 8 days and every day we’re featuring one indie dyer and the yarns we have in our stock from that dyer at an 18% discount, but just for that day. The sale will run from March 23rd – March 30th.
At 8am (PST) each day of the sale, the items in our Online Shop that are on sale will swap out so be sure to check back every morning. On the home page, hit the 8th Birthday Sale Icon and this will show you the list of items we’re discounting by 18% for that day.

In addition to each day’s yarns being on sale, Maridee will be LIVE on Instagram every day of the sale, showing off the yarns for the day. Many of the dyers might also be dropping by to join in for the LIVE!

Birthday Party via Zoom
Once the sale ends, on Wednesday, March 31st, we’re throwing a Birthday Party via Zoom!
The party will start at 6pm PST and we’ve invited all the Dyers & Designers we’ve worked with and lots of them will be joining us! It’s going to be fun night with lots of great friends! We’ll be sharing stories, talking about our adventures plus we’ll have some great prizes to give away!
