Our Road Crew Loyalty Program has Ended
Earned rewards can be redeemed when shopping on the Truck. If you can’t make it to see the Truck during our Farewell Tour but still want to redeem your rewards, here are the steps to follow to place an order using rewards:
- Review our current stock in our Online Shop.
- Place items you would like to buy into a cart. DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR SALE
- Instead, please send an email to info@yarnovertruck.com either telling us what you want to buy or including a photograph of your cart.
- Tell us where the order will be shipped. We need your full mailing address.
Then, we’ll calculate your order total, applying earned rewards, adding shipping and sales tax, where applicable, and send you an invoice for the amount owed.
If you missed the most recent email statement with your totals, please reach out and we’ll let you know what you might have remaining to spend.
How Our Program Works
Once you join, the next time you make a purchase from the Truck or shop in our Online Shop, you’ll earn Road crew Rewards Points. You earn points on each and every purchase from us including, any yarn club shipments and extra skein purchases. Just be sure when you shop in the Online Shop that you’re using the same email address you used to join the Road Crew.
You receive 1 point for every $1 you spend. You earn Road Crew Reward Points based on your order total, before sales tax and shipping. The Road Crew Reward Points do not expire, and we keep track of them for you. Each time you make a purchase, you’ll receive an email telling you how many Road Crew Reward Points you have just earned based on what you purchased. Plus, on the 1st of every month, we send you a summary of all Road Crew Reward Points earned and spent.
Again, the Yarnover Truck keeps track of your points. You don’t need to carry a membership card or remember a number because your Road Crew Rewards are tied to your email address. Your points never expire! Once you have earned a Road Crew Reward, you have the option of redeeming your points on your next purchase. Or you can save your points and continue earning so you can get up to one of the higher reward levels.
If you are shopping on the Truck during a big event like one of the Yarn Crawls or Stitches Events, please be sure to tell us you are a Road Crew Member. Your name and email address must be attached to the sale for you to earn Road Crew Reward Points. Sometimes we don’t add names to the transactions when it’s super busy on the Truck, so please remind us, and we’ll be happy to ensure you earn your Road Crew Rewards.
Another added benefit for Road Crew Members is you’ll receive details on sales we might be having before the general public, and we might offer Road Crew Member exclusive offers.
The Rewards
So what do these rewards points get for you? Dollars off future purchases, that’s what! We have three different reward levels in the Yarnover Truck Road Crew. The more points you earn, the greater your potential for rewards.
The first reward comes once you’ve Spent $200 with us and have earned 200 points. You now have a reward of $10 off your next purchase.
The next reward comes when you’ve spent $350 with us and have earned 350 points. This reward is $25 off your next purchase.
The highest reward comes when you’ve spent $500 with us and have earned 500 – you will receive $50 off your next purchase.
The Fine Print
Please note the following conditions and restrictions for earning Yarnover Truck Road Crew Rewards:
- Points are given on your purchases after discounts are taken and before taxes or shipping is added.
- Points will be removed from your account for any product returns.
- Points for gift certificates are added to your account when the certificate is redeemed, not when purchased.
- Points are not added to your account when making yarn club payments. The points get awarded once the yarn club shipments get sent out. That’s when we run the sales through our system.
- If you have earned multiple awards, you can only redeem ONE reward per transaction.
- During our Farwell Tour earned rewards can be used to purchase sale merchandise.
- Points are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Earned rewards may not be applied to past purchases.
