SNYC4 – Color #3 Zoe Washburn

Zoë Washburn, played by actress Gina Torres, is a total badass character in this great show & film!  She was a browncoat, fighting against the Alliance along with Captain Malcolm Reynolds. These two were the only two survivors of their platoon after the seven week-long Battle of Serenity Valley.  She continued by his side and was 2nd in command on Serenity (the name of their Firefly ship) leading this ragtag crew, that also included her pilot husband, as they made their way through the “verse” staying a float and under the radar of the ever present Alliance.  We really miss this show and this great character! 

We used this great shot of Zoë as our color inspiration for the yarn. Leann did another great job of including many of these beautiful colors into this gorgegous skein. As we mentioned last time, this will match so well with the Daenerys colorway too! 

Here are all the different images of the yarn to help you see how it will look unwound and worked up. You’ll see it in a skein, in a pile and wound into a ball. Plus, there are images of several swatches, in both knit and crochet. Our hope is that these images will help give you an idea of how the color will look worked into a project.  All of these images show the color in the Pride base so you’ll notice they all have just a hint of sparkle!
