The Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 is an exploration into some of our favorite Strong & Powerful Female Nerdy characters through hand-dyed yarn with our friends at Forbidden Fiber Co. Each shipment will feature a color inspired by a different character and will be sent in either of two fingering weight bases from Forbidden Fiber Co. – Pride or Gluttony Sock.
Each shipment will contain the following:
- 1 skein of yarn in your selected Forbidden Fiber Co. Base
- The opportunity to buy additional skeins in either of the two club yarn base
The Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 features your choice of 2 fingering weight yarn bases from Forbidden Fiber Co. Here are the details of each:
- Pride Fingering – 495 yards (Fingering) 70% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon, 10% Stellina, 3-ply
- Gluttony Sock – 435 yards (Fingering) 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon
The 2nd Half of the Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 includes 3 packages going out in March 2022, May 2022 & July 2022.
Each package will be in the mail the last week of the month. You will receive an email from us once all the packages have been sent with your package tracking details.
The 2nd half of the Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 is a 6-month membership with a monthly payment of $21 for CA Residents and $19.50 for NON-CA United States Residents. For those living in Canada, the monthly payment is $23.50.
The retail price of each skein of yarn is $30. The package shipment price reflects the value of 1 skein of yarn plus shipping and sales tax (where applicable). The monthly payment is for half of the full package cost. The CA resident payment amount must also include CA State sales tax.
The full cost of each of the 6 package shipments for CA Residents is $42 with sales tax and shipping via USPS Priority Mail included. The full cost of each of the 6 package shipments for NON CA Residents is $39 with shipping via US Priority Mail included. The full cost for each of the 6 package shipments for those living in Canada is $47 with shipping via First Class Mail included.
Your monthly payments will begin in February 2022 and end in July 2022 with the last package shipment being sent in July 2022. The payment will be withdrawn on the same date of the month as the date you joined the Club. If you joined on August 5th, all of your payments will be withdrawn on the 5th of each subsequent month of the club.
ATTENTION CA RESIDENTS: When signing up for the club PLEASE choose one of the two options for CA Residents as it includes the necessary CA sales tax. This is the only way to apply the necessary sales tax through the PayPal subscription process.
We do have an option for you to pay for the full year in one lump sum ($126 for CA Residents, $117 for NON-CA United States Residents and $141 for Canadian Residents). Your monthly payments will begin in March 2022 and end in July 2022.
The payment will be collected on the same date of the month as the date you joined the club. If you subscribe on August 5th 2021, all of your payments will be collected on the 5th of each subsequent month of the club ending on July 5th, 2022.
We use PayPal for this monthly subscription service so having a PayPal account is highly recommended when joining the Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club.
Having a PayPal account will allow you to make your monthly payments in one of three ways: via funds in your PayPal account, or via your bank account attached to your PayPal account or via a credit card attached to your PayPal account. Having a PayPal account will make your membership in the club easier for you and for the Yarnover Truck. It will also allow you to choose and/or change these three payment options anytime during the 12-month time frame of the club.
We do NOT have access to your PayPal account or to your credit card information. This is all handled through PayPal.
It is possible to sign-up for the club using just a credit card via PayPal. If you choose this option, please ensure the credit card you use when signing up will NOT expire during the 12-month time frame of the club. It is extremely difficult to make any changes to your card once the club is underway.
If you you choose to join the club with a credit card only and not a PayPal account, and need to make any changes to your credit card you will need to call PayPal directly in order to make updates. YES!! – We think the 2nd Half of the Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 would make a wonderful gift and many of our clubs have been given as gifts in the past! If you decide to give a club membership as a gift, please shoot us an email to info@yarnovertruck.com with the gift recipient’s name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. Also, please include this in the notes section when you check out in PayPal. We will absolutely need to have this information to send out the packages!
YES! As we mentioned, this club is all about yarn! All members will receive an email from us the month prior to the club shipment going out where we will reveal the color and it’s inspiration. All Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 members will be asked at this time if you want additional skeins in your chosen base or in the other base.
You will have one week to get back to us with your order. Once you tell us which additional skeins you want, we will let you know the order total and will send a PayPal invoice for the amount owing. You will need to pay this ASAP so we can order the yarns for you.
A very important note: We want to try and avoid dye lots issues which is why we will be asking if you want extra skeins before you have the yarns in hand. We will show you the yarn color in a variety of photos so you can get a sense of what it will look like once it has been knitted and crocheted, along with a variety of looks at the skein. We want to order and dye all the yarns at the same time to avoid issues with dye lots not matching!
Unfortunately, the yarns being featured in the Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 will NOT be available for purchase in the Truck during the membership time frame. This yarn club is an online ONLY club. You can ONLY purchase your membership into the Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 via our website.
Once you join the club, you will start receiving emails about the club from us with details for ordering extra skeins. If you don’t see these, please reach out to us at info@yarnovertruck.com so we can be sure to get you on the right email list.
No – all the. Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 packages will only be sent out via mail.
Because we purchase supplies for the packages immediately after the subscription period ends, refunds are generally not available. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to do our very best to accommodate.
If you choose to cancel your club membership through PayPal, we will continue shipping packages until the value of your payments to date is used up. No refund will be issued for partial payments. If a monthly payment fails, we will reach out to you via email. If payment cannot be resolved at that point, we will cancel your participation in the club and no refunds will be given for partial club shipments.
First off, please make sure your mailing address in your PayPal account or the address provided when signing up is correct.
If you move at any point between March 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022, please send us your new mailing address via email as soon as possible. We must have your new address by the 15th of the month the packages are due to be sent in order to ensure that we send the package to the correct address.
Again, the timing of the club shipments is March 2022, May 2022 & July 2022.
It is your responsibility to ensure packages do not get sent to the wrong address.
Joining the 2nd half of the Yarnover Truck’s Super Nerdy Yarn Club – Year 4 means that you agree to make 6 monthly payments being collected from your PayPal account or via your credit card for the duration of the club beginning in February 2022 and ending in July 2022 (last shipment being sent out the last week of July 2022). This includes 6 total payments and 3 shipments.
